Why I Design Research-Backed, Wellness-Centered Trips

I’m Kristina—yoga teacher, ethical-heritage nerd, and doctoral-bound researcher in classical archaeology. I believe travel should be curious and kind: to your body, to local communities, and to the places we love.

The PhD Path (mini-timeline)

  • Roots: Years of planning my own context-rich trips—always chasing archaeology and good food.

  • Now: Turning that curiosity into research: classical archaeology and the afterlives of “lost cities.”

  • What it means for you: Itineraries with real context, better pacing, and local partners who care.

Wellness Philosophy

Movement calms the mind; smart pacing keeps the joy intact. I design trips that consider circadian rhythm, recovery, and sensory load—so you actually return refreshed.

Ethics & Access

  • Support local guides and small operators

  • Avoid overtourism time slots and fragile site harm

  • Respect site rules; travel with context and care

Plan a Research-Inspired Trip
Unfinished clay or plaster sculpture of a person sitting on a block in a storage area filled with artifacts and pottery.
Ancient rock-cut structure, likely a tomb or temple, carved into a sandstone cliff, with a few people walking at the base in a desert landscape under cloudy skies.
