f) Travel Fulfillment (if you book travel) — information necessary to plan/fulfill travel (e.g., legal name as on ID, loyalty numbers, dietary or room preferences, emergency contact). We only collect this when relevant to a booking you request and will let you know what’s required.

Email: You can unsubscribe from Field Notes and other marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
